I am extremely disappointed in your level of service. I Signed up for a Fixed LTE-A 50GB deal for R289 everything was acceptable until I decided to cancel my contract. Not only did Cell C cancel my contract on the 2nd of the month they took all my data not allowing me to use what I paid for. They even changed me more than DOUBLE the amount R691.27 on the 7th for data I didn't use. What makes matters worst is that I was not verbally informed nor was I made aware of I cancel my contract that this would happen. Not to mention trying to get ahold of cell c's retentions department they take 15minutes just to answer.

I won't ever go back to cell c with this disgusting ****************.
