Cell C contract cancellation confusion
Greetings,
Email Reference Number : ***
I am no confused I have received 2 emails regarding the cancellation of my cell c contract yet and I was given 2 different dates 18 and the 25 Dec 2020. Which was fine as they may have calculated incorrectly.
My assumption was that the contract was cancelled, I dont understand why I am receiving emails with my January statement?

08 Jan 2021, 08:44I do not understand what does the billing have to do with my cancellation, on the email sent nothing was stipulated around billing so I do not expect any billing. I am expecting my contract to be cancelled and to receive no communication from Cell C at all.
