cell C contract cancellation

<p>i called in on the 10march requesting a cancelattion spoke to a couple of agents i remember speaking to a lady called thembi who then offered me a getmore deal that was suppose to be R40.00 and advised the contract would be cancelled in 30 working days. to be safe on my side i stoped the debit order and to my suprise they tried debiting my account again. whichich then led to the number being blocked. when you call the call centre they transfer you from pillar to post. i have been liasing with Mlungisi Makhubu who assured me that h would sort it out and my phone wouldnt be cancelled. clearly that didnt help, i called this morning and i spoke to Nathen Moodly who assured me he would call me in an hours time as they do an investigation of why i am being charged R135.00 and my services being cut.</p> <p> </p> <p>i work with my phone, i cannot make any outgoing calls or check my emails, this is such an Inconvenience as i need to confirm meetings with clients to meet today. i am most def changing my network service provider, i mean i have been with Cell C for over 10 years.i cannot blv im in this situation and i am now in trouble with my director. This would have been resolved a long time ago when i inicially requested to cancell the ****** contract,such *********** stuff though ?</p>
