Cell c contract cancellation

Had a contract with cell c and i cancelled the contract and paid the commitment fee, emailed the proof of payment and also called the call center to cancel contract immediately but contract was not cancelled and i keep on getting debted. When i call to follow up am being told my security questions are incorrect.
