Cell c contract cancelation

4 years ago I opened a data contract at cell c, it was a 24 months sim only deal, for the first 2 years I had no problem with them whatsoever so i decided to renew my contract once it expired. Since then it all went downhill. Constant struggling with signal, the wifi was terrible I could hardly use it, tired and frustrated i tried canceling the contract but it was such a problem almost next to impossible. I went in to the strore and nobody could assistant me, i phoned in to their customer service center and again they where full of excuses so I just left it and carried on with the very bad wifi, paying for something that wasn't really reliable. 2 months ago my contract was reaching its end and once again i went to the store to cancel it for good but nobody in store could help me, no i had to phone in and cancel the contract, so I did and it was a huge hassle. Finally after struggling for 2 weeks I got the contract to be canceled once it expired. This was in the beginning of march, the call agent told me that there will only be one more payment at the end of March then the contract will be canceled completely. On the end of this month they deducted dubble from my Acount on debit order for the amount of R1099 🤯. I phoned the call center to enquiry about this amount and the agent couldn't get her facts straight, first she said it was cancelation fees and after i told her but nobody informed me about any cancelation fees for ending the expired contract, then she put me on hold, few min later she said no its for data charges(I already paid for in the beginning of april). To my knowledge i was done with cell c and my contract was already over, the line stoped working a week ago and then i get this debit order afterwards of such an insane amount that they cant tell me directly what for, telling me no its cancelation fees and after correcting them saying nobody informed me of any cancelation fees when i opened the contract or when i canceled it, changing their story to it was for data afterwards
