Cell C Contract Buy Out of R10000

I went to Cell C Centurion Mall, Monday 09h00 15th February 2016, to take up their contract buy out offer for a Pinnacle 2 with a R10000. Not only was my business affected for two days before they assisted me with the problem I was having with receiving calls from Vodacom but they haven't paid the money into the gift card to cancel by existing contract. I was told the money would reflect in 24 hours. I followed up every day only to hear the same old excuse \it will take another 24 hours\". The cancellation quote I received from my current service provider will be expiring soon as their quote is only valid for 7 days. It is now going on 6 days since taking out the new contract and still no money is reflecting on the card. How far must one go to get proper service?!<br> <br> Terrible introduction to Cell C!!!"
