Cell C Contract Buy out

<p>I decided to change my contract from Vodacom to the Pinnacle 3 from Cell C.The contract was advertised as the Cell C buy out.After completing the documents a consultant Lenè Albertyn phoned me to get the ball rolling.Within 2 weeks my number was ported to Cell C from Vodacom and I was on the pinnacle 3 package.However its been more or less 6 weeks and Cell C have yet to buy me out of my Vodacom contract.I had to pay 2 contracts now because Cell C have not lived up to their promise.I followed up every day to get feedback from Lenè but its just empty promises.I am very dissapointed with the level of service I received.Have not got any updates what so ever from Cell C regarding the status off the payment.</p>
