Cell C Contract bad service

Hi My name is Tyson Govender I taken a cell c contract 2 years ago which was 255 rand a month, which is my second with them, the contract ended in September 2020 so I called in before that to cancel my Contract, than I was told that I needed to give a month's notice so I said it's fine I than called again in October to cancel my contract, so than I was told that my last payment will be at the end of the same month, I was than debted 155 end of November which I never even realize until I get debted again in december when I phoned in the guy in billing(poor display which I was told I will receive a email after the call I'm still waiting after hours for the mail with the case number please listen to the end of the call he as no manners he just wanted to cut the call please listen to the call call was made from *** 31 December around 18.40pm) says that I never cancel the hole contract that the card is still activated as a contract card , when I phone to cancel the contract I was not asked to keep the card under contract going forward and you will pay 155 every month Please explain, if I took out a contract for two years after the two years if I don't cancel will I still be paying 255 or 155 if so what is the reason for cancelation, so if I don't cancel that's means I will pay 255 which is more than my contract with you guys please provide me proof that I gave you guys permission to keep my contract still activated *** please contact me via email and not a phone call I lost all trust in cell c
