cell c contract

hi i have 2 phone contracts with cell c and did took out a data package witch consist of a sim & WiFi pocket router back in march it was ordered however the package came months later when i called cell c for cancellation within the 7 day period ,after several phone calls & emails they agreed to pick up the package but never did ,the sim was never activated every time i phone in they say they looking into the matter but i never got any response back ..every month they send me bills of a sim that was never activated or used by me
