Cell C contract agreement was R199.99 but I am now paying more!!!
Hello Peter! I took a contract phone from Cell C which was agreed to be paid R199.99 every month. The R199.99 was only deducted from my account for a few months. To my surprise Cell C decided that they will deduct R220.00, which went up to R245.00, then R264.00, then R280.00. Now they have been deducting R356.99 for the past six months or so! I have been phoning the customer care with fail because the consultants keep on sending me from pillar to post regarding my query! I have also requested a statement because I need to see what is going on? I just want to pay them off and move to a trustworthy network!
