Cell-C contract a ****

I bought a Mercer Laptop at Cell-C that comes with a router, laptop bag and sim card that comes with data in November last year 2022. The Mercer was delivered with everything but it was faulty. I returned everything back as per their instructions and was told will get a replacement. Two weeks later they send a laptop without a bag and router that didn't have a sim-card. I tried to raise this with them but they didn't care and was told to buy a Sim-card so that i can do a sim-swap. I refused to use my own money to buy it and asked them to cancel since the deal included a bag, sim-card,router that they are failing to deliver.
