Cell C Contract a ****

My contract with Cell C ended in December 2020 and I have been trying to get it cancelled but they have been failing. Their phone always gets hung up when they transfer me to the cancellations department and I have been sending emails but nothing is happening, all they do is deduct more money than our initial agreement. i will never recommend Cell C contract to anyone because it's a m=nightmare when the contract has to be terminated! Their call center agents are just clueless...it's a shame really!!!
