Cell C Contract a ******* and *****

I took a contract for my acquitance and requested Cell C to convert an existing prepaid number into contract then load the benefits in it, j later learnt that the only thing that was done was only a sim swap of of the number I gave them into the sim card that came with the phone, the benefits were not being loaded for duration of the contract. I contacted Cell C in October 2020, I was sent from pillar to post and followed up his past week, I was told that I have to pay a fee for converting my number to contract. I was outraged for being ********** for 2 years and then asked to pay for incompetence and poor service delivery, now I get nuisance calls offering upgrade but my complain is always avoided or incorrectly captured to confuse those who have to resolve it or to protect each other. I have had enough, no none in my family will ever take up any contract with Cell C.
