Cell C contract

Cell C called me on November 2020 and made a telesale of a cellphone contract. They described a Samsung A20 at a price of R299 and told me I would receive it within a week, which I did. But the phone that arrived was not the one we had agreed on. They brought Samsung A2 core and I called the consultant who sold it to me and she sent a courier to pick up the phone but they left their simcard with me because we had agreed that I would take an LG smartphone instead. They kept calling me to verify if I agreed to take the LG smartphone which never arrived but they were deducting money from my account. I disputed the debit order in December and they called me to ask why I disputed the transaction. I explained to them that I never used their data, not to mention opening their simcard which is still sealed. I told them to cancel the contract and they assured me they did. Early January 2021 I received two phone calls from Cell C consultants asking if I took a contract with them, and I told them that I cancelled the contract, on the last call which was a few days ago, they told me the contract was not cancelled and that they are cancelling it, but yesterday they deducted more than R700 from my account.
