Cell C contract
Cell C Account nr : *** PE Small
I have signed a month to month cell c data agreement. Upon arrival at home in Benoni agricultural area, i found that there's no reception in the area for Cell C. Middle May 2020 i went to Cell C centurion mall to cancel agreement. Lady assisted and confirmed it will be cancelled. We must phone the customer care to reverse debit orders.
We phoned and discussed this issue with Veronique, case escalation ref nr ***07 5376 who were very friendly.
As per the contract the monthly deducted amount should have been R149.99
1 July 2020 debit order deducted R298.98 1 Aug 2020 no debit order deduction 1 Sept 2020 debit order deducted R297.98
Please tell me what is going on here? This is unacceptable. I am a pensioner and i am sitting with this problem. You are deducting my money that i must live with every month.
