Cell C contract
I had a contract with CELL C, which one of the consultant offered me a contrac telephonically for 24 months. I agreed to the offer and that I will pay them accordingly as per our arrangement. 24 months without skipping any installment as arranged which was February 2019. I then lost my job in April this year hence I didn't noticed that they are continuing debuting from my account in August. Went to their shop at Pan Africa seeking assistance but couldn't was given a number to call but was sent from Peter to Paul. I then went to my bank and dispute everytime they debit.3 months later I received a call from their attorneys that my account is owing R516.00 etc. I told their attorney that my contract elapsed on February already. She then told me that you didn't read the fine line hence this was a telemarketing call there was no fine line there.
