CELL C CONTRACT

Cell C service is very poor , i got a SAMSUNG A34 last year on a 24 months contract and it was very affordable . 6 months after i got the phone online it kept on giving me issues . i was told to book it in for repairs which i did and i got a call that it's fixed , i went to the cell c store in Sandton to get it . 2 weeks after it got "repaired" it gave me the same issue , i called the call center and they said they will book it in with the same issue again , i did and got it back it gave the same issue i then called called SAMSUNG directly and theY ASSISTED IN REBOOTING . NOW THE PHONE IS DOING THE SAME THINGS AGAIN AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IS THAT THEY WILL BOOK IT IN FOR REPAIRS, MIND YOU I PAY FOR THIS PHONE EVERY MONTH , NEVER EVER MISSED A PAYMENT ,, I TOLD THEM TO EITHER GIVE ME A NEW PHONE OR THEY CAN CANCELL THIS CONTRACT THE AGENT BY THE NAME OF PALESA SAID SHE WILL ARRANGE FOR MY DEVICE TO BE COLLECTED , I SKED TP SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND SURPRISINGLY SO ALL THE MANAGERS WERE NOT AVAILABLE . I'M PAYING FOR SPMETHING I AM NOT EVEN USING OR ENJPY USING IT AT ALL !! CELL C IS NONENCE
