Cell C Contract
Good Day. I would like to lay a complaint against CellC. When you want to cancel your contract you will get the worse service ever. I phoned on Monday the 27th to cancel my nieces contract which I took out for her. So they said there's a R12 airtime loan advance and I must first pay that. So I bought a R15 airtime. Giving me a lot of grief about canceling. When I phoned today 31st Oct there was still a R6 advance to pay. They still gave me grief about canceling. And the guy **** about the R6 advance that I must still pay. Cell C you will never see me again.😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
