Cell C Contract

<p>I finished my account with Cell C in january 2017 according to our deal i signed while purchasing my phone. I became aware of unstopable deduction in March. I went to Vicent in East London where i bought it. They told me they are not allowed to take complaints and asked me to fone a numberand i did phoned. I talk to a lady who told me she will cancel it the following month April. </p>
