cell c contract

I am expressing my dissapointment with a manner cell c is handling my contract. I have paind them and am ahead with the payment. They decided to hand me over to a certain shaik company that some of the consultant(s) are not welcoming. I even paid 0n the 26 March. My credit record is red due to this. I tried engaging cell c on mails up until am talking alone. My services and the number is discontinued without my permission.

I need a good treatment like all RSA citizens. I am also aware that these collectors are working with cell c and are benefiting from sending me correspodences of which I dont like and its unfair service practice.
