Cell C contract

My data contract with cell c expired, they kept on deducting on monthly basis thereafter without my concern, I spoke with agent who told me that the contract is still active because I didn't indicate that they should end it though on paper is finished...I asked them to terminate everything as I am no longer able to afford...he said they are going to deduct the outstanding balance for the next 3 months...I agreed...the last payment was never deducted...later on I got a call from another company representing cell c demanding payment which was now more than the last payment. I'm not happy for such poor customer service, I have been with MTN for a very long time and I never had any challenge with it 😢 😔😞 ...MTN is one of the best service providers I will highly recommend ...
