Cell C contract

Not impressed with Cell c, I pay my account every month without fail. cell c always deducts more money than what I am required to pay and I kept quiet for several months. I receive emails that my account is in arrears and I called last week and I was told that they have a system error and my account is actually up to date..a week later, my cell has been deactivated..Im not happy cell c.
