Cell C contract

I am experiencing bad and hard times caused by Cell C. I took a router at Cell C last 2018 Oct, this year from Aug started network problem, the company asked us to bring the router back in Brought it back the router and they gave me the Sim card. My biggest worry is that Cell C is till kept on debiting money in my account after 4 months after I brought back the router.
