Cell C Contract
Hellopeter, I am Sello Bernerd Shilenge and i had a bad experience with the company called Cell C. I had a contract with them that whitch I cancelled on the 12th August 2023 of which it was my last day of my contract. But this people they keep taking my money every month and i kept revesing it and bloking them ., now i got the sms to say they handed over my account to ssd.
by the time i called them on the 12th August 2023 the urgent told me the account is cancelled with Cell C and the last debit will be by the end of the month of August. pls help me out.

12 Jan 2024, 11:53No , it means yuo guys have given me the wrong infomation, i am saying this because , my first call was in may and one of your consultant told me to call again on the 12th August 2023 as that is the last day of my contract of which i did call . And why is your consultant did not tell me to call again on the 12 /09/ 2023, why did she continue with the processes of canselatin and even told me the last debit will go through by the end of August 2023. And she comfirmed to me that the caselation is done .
i did not make this up i worked according to the informatio i get from your workers . so this is for ypu to work sort it out. because the debit that went through was about R181.
