Cell C Contract

hi there,

i am an existing customer, i have a contract with Cell c. when the sales person called to tell me about the special and the offer i was so excited and i was looking for the new phone. so i took the contract because it was within my budget n it was NEVER mentioned to me that it will increase at any given time. and i was so ready to upgrade my contract or take another phone, until i received an SMS from Cell C stating that my Contract will increase and when i called for Clarity i was told that it one of your T'C and i have signed for it. i was so disapppointed and she didnt gave me any choice or whatsover. so my question is how do you decide to increase my contract without calling me and find out if i will be able to pay the new amount? the funny part about this you only increase the instalment you dont increase the benefits? how is that even possible? i will never recommend my Collegue or friend to take contract with Cell C.
