Cell C Contract *****

n April/May I complained about Cell C de*****ing clients when doing contract upgrade. Their agent call me to upgrade my data contract which was coming to an end. We agreed on a package that would have me pay R199 to my surprise their 1st deduction was more than double the amount when I enquired they said that the particular discount package is no longer available, but they would move me to a different package where I'd pay the same R199. In June they deduct more than R417 when I call to enquire they said it's a pro righter amount that my debit would normal this month. I just received my bill for this month and nothing has changed the ***** continue and I haven't be refunded. I would never recommend them to anyone and I'm thinking of reporting them now as the affects my credit information. The number in question is ***
