cell c contract

Hi there i had a contract wth cell c witch i tried cancelling sins last year november 2017.they didnt because of misunderstandings.i then called contract cancelations and spoke to bryan the manager. He explained to me they can only stop it if i settle my amount witch i did . I asked him my amount he gave me wat i must settle witch i did and called him to cancel on 6December 2017. Jan 2018 cell c stopped my line. I called bryan and he unblocked it again on 19 jan 2018 . Monday 22 jan 2018 they blocked it again. Sins that i am trying to contact Bryan witch he dont return my calls Thursday 25 jan 2018 i called again and consultants tells me they cant help me i must go to a cell c shop with id and proof of adress . My line is still of i payed R12 000 for a cell phone that i cant even use and its my bussnis line . Why did he stop my cobtract if he knew i owed a R 200 and at the beginning he told me the R500 is the settled amount
