cell c contract
Cell C have rep**** back to Hello Peter that they will call me as soon as possible last week Friday.
i still haven't received even a single call from them.

05 Aug 2020, 15:59can hellopeter assist in this matter, i sent them below message that i cannot afford not to have a phone so they need to LOAN me a phone so i can receive calls from clients in the meantime. i think they now pushing time to get it on 13/08/2020.
i will return this A51 for good then tomorrow.
I have received a call from Mamsi Chirindi, wanting to get the phone collected. I cannot accept collection without receiving a LOAN phone. I need to get confirmation first before I release this mobile.
Alternatively, phone can be collected for good and get contract cancelled (since it will be effective on the 13/08/2020) and will see where I can get better service from other networks.
I am not really sure as to why it takes so long to resolve my issues.
