Cell C contract

The 13th of July I received a call for data special, which I accepted . Little did I know I won't be able to make calls to other networks as my sim card is only for Data. Data was loaded on my main which makes it difficult for me to operate . 29th July I bought R199 minutes to all network , the 1st all of that deleted. Its a mess return my money if that the case
