Cell C - continuing bad service
I cancelled my upgrade due to the fact that HQ could not deliver the specific phone and watch in the colour I asked for. I then went to a Cell C shop of my preference, and was told I could get it from them. Only 1 big problem. Retention department cancelled my upgrade but did not change my score back. Acccording to my score, I did take the upgrade, and the Cell C shop cant assit me now. Cell C is terrible in every way possible.

28 Mar 2023, 15:06The upgrade that was processed yesterday (27/03/2023) was processed by our Upgrades Team and not the store hence the store couldn't process the upgrade as there is already a pending order. Please advise if you would like to reverse the upgrade so that we can refer the matter to our Team for further assistance.
