Cell c continues to take bad service to another level
So just thought i would share the update about my problem with cell c. previously they promised me my new phone with in 7 days and i recieved nothing i then got told they were out of stock of that phone even though i was told they sending me a blue one because they out of stock of the black one. so now apparently the one they were sending me dissapeared. so 2 weeks later still no stock but they want me 2 take a different phone that will cost me R300 per month totally unacceptable how do these guys stay in business. cell c send me my settlement vodacom or mtn can buy my contract out you guys will always be the 3rd network and it shows totally pathetic

04 Nov 2021, 18:57that was the deal yes nearly 3 weeks ago and now i have been told that there is no stock left of that phone when i did the upgrade i was told there is only 5 blue ones left so i said ok ill take a blue one and then when i asked where my phone is 10 days later i got told there is no stock. so send me my buy out amount so vodacom all mtn can buy my contract and ill be cancelling my fiber line through you guys
