CELL C CONTINUES TO RIP ME OFF

FIRST THIS...............</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell c employed *****........ANELE</p> <p>Cell C consultant ANELE contacted me on 16/05/2016 13H00 and offered me a contract, I enqired of a combo deal of a Tablet and a smartphone and he said there is a Samsung Tablet 3 T116 and a Samsung Galaxy J1 mini dual sim for R338.00 ........Samsung Tablet 3 T116 on Giga20 and Samsung Galaxy J1 mini dual sim R139.00 comes with 100minutes. And i agreed. 1st I have been waiting for the delivery of a Tab up to today 27/05/2016 and when i ask him he says they tried to call me and no one did. and he confirmed to me that he googled my company contact......what the hell is that cause I gave him my cell number 2nd he **** to me that it is a combo deal and it is actually two contracts . he should have told me the truth that it is two contract not combo and not limiting my choices of phones..... 3rd after I received a Samsung Galaxy J1 and activated a sim and register on cell c self help to my suprise I'm on straight up 50 topup.....50min 50sms 50mb per month and no longer the agreed 100 minutes p/m and the price still the same but less benefits....When I ask him he says he changed it so that i can recharge it whenever i want to......bull***t without consulting me. Cell C...Please listen to the Voice recordings of our conversation you will hear how this ANELE rip your customers. I can't wait for the contract to expire no more Cell C.</p> <p> </p> <p>2. NOW THIS..............</p> <p><br />What the H*ll is Cell C Exactly............one of Cell C consultant contacted me to resolve the above Samsung J1 matter and I ended up accepted as it is, the package i choose of Samsung J1 mini withis going to cost me more money now 23 months remaining of unwanted package.........Guess what the Samsung Tablet 3 T116 7inch smartdata 5GB(GIGA20) R199 X 24 was delivered yesterday and the sim card was activated this morning...........Guess what .. they loaded a wrong package..............Smartdata 2GB. listen to your voice loggers and hear what I said I want. This time I don`t want to hear stories, I want my package which we agreed on ASAP. I can`t pay for two contracts both with wrong packages. 24 months of unwanted package. please rectify this ASAP............. Smartdata 5GB(GIGA20) R199.00 end of stories.</p>
