CELL C CONTINUES TO FAIL ITS CUSTOMERS AGAIN
CELL C NEVER FAILS TO DISAPPOINT CUSTOMERS, IF IT'S NOT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN IT'S MESSED UP POOR NETWORK YET WE PAY FOR SERVICES.
