Cell C continues to debit after issuing paid up letter

Bad Customer service

After months of ending my contract with Cell C and even receiving a paid up letter, Cell C continues to debit my account and claim that I am in arrears. I have opened numerous cases with the collections department but no response nor any assistance. This is affecting my credit profile. Worst service from any other network provider I have dealt with.
