Cell C continues to be useless

Getting really annoyed with your service, can’t call certain numbers, after dialing the number called answers but I can’t hear them, no it is not my phone it is your network, I am losing a lot of money on your hopeless network, please fix it or cancel my contract, I am tired of complaining and nothing gets done.
