CELL C CONTINUES TO BE THE WORST BUSINESS SERVICE PROVIDER IN SA

It is really sad that one has to take to hellopeter to get the attention of a business like Cell C. Cell C call center staff are the most *********** customer service staff in South Africa. They make more effort of frustrating a business client with arrogant response and zero effort to support the business client. Multiple call were made to Cell C to get their support for a high priority business issue this morning. I have resolved to write a complaint on hellopeter as a last effort to get a manager to call me, knowing that this will never happen!

I have my entire business and personal cellular portfolio with Cell C. The support from their call center is pathetic.

We have a business issue this morning but Senzo and others in the call centre arrogantly make no effort to assist a business client.

what is the point of being a loyal cell c business client when they dont have any business support for their customers.

I recommend that Cell C send some of its staff to Vodacom for customer service training and how to deal with business customers for high priority support requests.
