Cell C Contacting Customers Without Permission Given?????????
I have requested Cell C after a previous complaint to remove my number from their contact list. Guess what? Not even a recorded instruction that I do not give permission to Cell C to contact me made a difference. Went well for approx. 1 month and here we go again.
Can't speak to anyone to assist, phone up and down with no help from anyone. My own minutes wasted once again on calling after Cell C to rectify.
Should this be sent to the Ombud/ ICASA as Cell C is in clear violation of my rights as per POPIA? Even after logged prior with a reference number this still happens. Should I get legal assistance WRT getting this matter resolved and my number to be removed? My own money wasted to call Cell C every time this happens???? Don't call me from a 084 nr as I now had to block Cell C again.
