Cell C contact not being cancelled.
Well, this will be the third time I am force to write a review for the same issue as it seems like I am not getting any feedback or updates.
The first was one the was on the 11th of February 2021 after trying to get this matter resolved since the 9th of February 2021 when I found out for the very first time that the contracts have not been at the end of 2017 as intended.
The second time was the 2nd of March 2021 as no response or feedback has been given after a promising start due to the 11th of February 2021 review. But only got a private reply "Kindly note that this matter is being handled and you will be provided with feedback." and nothing again. Phoning Cell C customer service also get you nowhere.
Now this matter has become a very urgent one and needs to be resolved before I consider going to National Consumer Commission and ICASA with this case. I have been very patient up to this point, and due to the ITC, my family and I could end up on street. Which would entail job loss, but it seems like there is no SLA's to start with and no further thought given to the effects being caused. But adhering to every request from Cell C get you nowhere it seems.

Apparently the urgency of this matter has not sunk in at Cell C. I need an official letter to clear the ITC or my family and I will be out on the street very soon.
