Cell c contact nonsense

What a disappointment from cell c😡. First of all I app**** for a contact phone towards end of June and my order took more than 10 days to be delivered until I cancelled the order because I was not happy. The 6th of July a cell c consultant calls me to give me a contract phone and because I was still in search of a phone and after I expressed my frustration with their service ,this agent reassures me and we process an application and I wait for my delivery again. Today , which is exactly a week from day of application I receive SMS stating that my order is on its way. Cool, the second agent has outdid herself with her service . To my suprise they delivered to me a refreshed d I phone without my knowledge . Wasn't I supposed to know I'm not getting a new phone? I'm mean why would I choose to pay this much for a phone that doesn't even come with a charging cable ? Why wasn't I told so that I decide for myself? I will not recommend cell c to anyone ,I'm very dissatisfied with then i wish I could even cancel the existing contract I took out for my kids . 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
