Cell C Contact department ***********

I need to get a copy of a previous contract that I had with Cell C. They refuse to send a copy of the contract because it was switched to prepaid after the contract had expired. My phone was ****** and I need to blacklist the phone so that I can open a case at the police. I do not have the box anymore to get the IMEI. Cell C, how can you refuse to send a historic contract that I signed. Surely SOMEONE at Cell C can send a copy?
