Cell C contact centre swaering at me
<p>I am strugling to sort out a problem with cell c retentions department spoke to Sipho who raised his voice and swaer at me, simelar problem, with another agent rodney. They refuse to transfer me to a line manager, they refuse to cancel my contract, but they swaer and rise there voice at me, after they made a mistaje on my upgrade gave me a call refrense. ********** ********** 82</p>

No feedback givin, only you called me, but what are going to be done regarding sipho and rodney? i insist diciplineray action, they are not allowed to shout, swaer, lie and show no respect to a client! can i please have have in writing changes to upgrade, and an apoligy from sipho and rodney to me, and rodney to my wife, he has no respect! how can he talk to a lady like that? does not say much about his caractor
