Cell C consultants tried to claim my promotional items?

on 19 October I upgraded my Cell C contract at west gate the promotion running says I get ear buds and a watch with my phone the Samsung lady entered my details to claim my items the courier company send me a message today to say they are trying to get hold on me the number is not correct - I give them the correct number they then ask me to confirm my address which they have listed in Cape Town Bouford West I live in JHB in Roodepoort - I do not know any one living in Cape Town nor in bouford west I corrected my address, only 1 of my 2 items are listed and I believe that Cell C Westgate tried to claim my items for someone else I called the store and they tell me I gave them that address.... please tell me where I would have gotten this address from when I do not even know anyone living in Western Cape?

I will not be stollen from my contract had a promotion and I want both of my items, the watch and the ear buds sent to my correct address I also need Cell C west gate investigated for giving an address I have no idea where it is along with sending the incorrect phone number seeing as ive been a Cell C customer for 12 years now they should have my correct contact details

also to call a client a **** - by saying I gave them that address? who is that address and why would I give the wrong address? I want both of my items and I will go and collect it myself at Cell C west gate with or without permission as this belongs to me and not the Cell C consultants that tried to take my items
