CELL C Consultants performed an UNAUTHOURISED credit check!!! AGAIN , affecting my credit score!!
Why are your consultants performing a credit check without my consent?
I got call yesterday from an Indian female consultant at your west street Durban branch advising me I am due for an upgrade and quickly declined as I will not be upgrading my number,
Lo and behold a few minutes later I get notifications from the bureau that an inquiry was performed by Cell C this was done without my permission.
Is this how you guys now operate ? Unauthourised credit checks because the client is due for an upgrde as a result my credit score has changed.
Kindly fix this with the bereau urgently!!!

18 May 2024, 15:30I was supposed to get feedback on the 9thing of May at 12pm from the agent who had called as she had said she will provide feedback because I want inquiry that was done without me knowing had been removed.
They think if I keep quiet I will end up forgetting.
No feedback till date.
I would not be surprised if they also ignore this.
