Cell-C Consultants Keep Transferring me to a dead-end instead of cancelling my contract as I request

I have called multiple times at the Cell-C call 084 145 number and managed to get consultants who transferred me to a contract cancellation number that is not working. I want to cancel my contract as it is ending on 26 June 2019, but no one seems to want to come to the party in assisting me to put this to an end.
