CELL C CONSULTANTS DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Good Day

I would like to find out how your process works for adding a new line to my existing contract, I app**** yesterday and was sent a confirmation email that my order has been placed and that my application was successful and also received a tracking number but today I get a message saying that my application has been declined.

I would like to know how that is possible to be accepted one day and declined the next.
