cell c consultants are unexperienced

The worst ever- i failed my security questions 4 times the 5th time finally i passed it-the consultant told me it was successful.Whole day i wait for my sim swop to be activated-i call the call centre-he manager tells me bcos i failed too many time my number is blocked i can go into a branch or try after 30 days-Cell c is the worst,all those stupid consultants that answered my call never told me once that i can only try 3 times-like i sed the last person i got hold of told me i was succefull,now i sit with a phone with no number -how do u deal with this cos the manager cant unblock my number in order to try again......i can scream out of frustration.
