Cell C constant harrasment

Why does Cell C phone me with deals so often. I am constantly disrupted by telemarketers from Cell C, to listen to a long music tone in the beginning of the call and sometimes they just hang up at the end of the irritating music.

I have been a customer of cell C for a long time but I now want to cancel my contract due to this continuous harassment.
