Cell C conning their clients
If Cell C does not work fast to fix my problem that they themselves were the cause of, I will have no choice but to proceed with legal action as their actions have negatively affected my credit score. I have been trying for months to get this resolved, with most communication initiated by myself and at my expense. Cell C, how about you offer an actual service to your clients and not just try to rip us off around every corner.

12 Aug 2019, 15:31Today is 12 August and still no follow up from Cell C or any possibility of this matter being resolved. Instead, I get a call from attorneys informing me that they are acting on behalf of Cell C to collect an outstanding debt. This after I had been in contact with Cell C directly and notified them that I want to make payment, just as soon as they resolve the matter of my number which they unjustifiably deactivated. So while I am waiting on Cell C to to get back to me about THEIR ***** up, they hand me over instead of dealing directly with me. Cell C you have not only proven to be completely inefficient, other than being very good at *****ing from your customers, but you are also spineless ***ards who create a mess then give it to others to clean up when you cannot deal with the clients who refuse to stand for your bull****.
