Cell C "Conn Job?"

My Wife has been an Estate Agent and Cell C subscriber using Samsung phones for many years. She recently went to the Cell C shop in the Walmer Park shopping centre. She asked for a new Contract and Phone similar to the one she had Samsung Glaxi J6+. The agent sold her an OPPO supposedly from the same factory as Samsung. He must have looked at her Grey hair (70+) and recognized that she was probably old and could be successfully **** to about digital stuff. More than an hour later he handed her the phone and told her that he had transferred all het files to it. He had failed to do so properly. The next day she went back to the store and DEMANDED that the phone be replaced with a Samsung. This was refused and more than 3 more hours were spent transferring her data. Still incomplete.

If he had sold her a Samsung as she thought she had asked for. A full transfer could have been done properly and fast using the Samsung Backup and Transfer facility. AND she was told that the Samsung was also produced in China. ?

Does SA Law not require a 14 day cool of period?
