Cell C confusion
Good day, Hopeful that you can assist me. I have my contract with Cell C for the past 8 - 10 yrs, never been happier. I done a upgrade in May/June 2018 and got a cheaper contract because of my financial position of R229. My old contract only expired end of Aug 2018 and my repayment from 01/09/2018 will then be R229, this though didn’t happen and I was debited with R327.43, I need to know why?? Today is 08/10/2018 and still no call from Cell C.

Thank you for posting to us.
There is no discrepancy on your September invoice. You were charged pro-rata from 12/08/2018 to 31/08/2018. Your renewed contract for the Pinnacle Top Up 100 was activated after our bill run and therefore you were not billed for it in the month of August, but only on the September invoice.
Going forward, your billing will be the agreed/renewed subscription.

Thank you for posting to us.

08 Oct 2018, 11:33You have this totally wrong. My contract is for 2 years, starting end of Aug 2018 with my new contract amount of R229, why was R327.34 debited from my account? this doesnt make sens?. My contract is for R229 and NOT R327.34.
Why was my account debited in Aug 2018 for R411.45 if my contract was for R399??
